COSTS & INCLUSIONS
We will prepare an estimated construction cost based on your design & site costs and will work with you to deliver your goals and desires for your renovation project. You will work with us to finalise your projects inclusions, once these details are settled a full construction quote will be supplied along with a building contract.
CONTRACTS
A contract is as important to the success of any building project as the plans, designs, and materials used during construction, which is why NCC use the QBCC Building Contract.
PLANNING
Once you are happy with the design and inclusions we will proceed with preparing your final documents for construction including Engineering Design, and Planning Approvals.
